Our Story

Since 1959, when brothers Giovanni, Sabatino, Mario and Gino opened the first wood-fired bakery in Figline Valdarno, our mission has remained unchanged: to create bread and pastries of excellence. Today, with large-scale production, we maintain the same spirit in our products, from Toscano DOP bread to traditional pastries.
